Isaiah had some sound advice for the people of Israel. I personally think we could all do with a dose of this:
"Be careful,
Keep calm,
Don't be afraid.
Don't lose heart..." - Isaiah 6:4
There are 4 bits of advice to follow in this verse. Why don't you try them for today?
